Newbie with a 66’ Belvedere 2

Thanks, just pulled those the other night. I’m hoping it’s something like that with plugs that are to cold ‍♀️ and not worn valve guides or piston rings.
If it puffs a little blue cloud when you fire it up, it could be valve stem seals. I had a 5th Ave. with a 318. It ran really good, but had that start up blue cloud. I pulled the valve covers to see the condition of the valve seals. About half of them had gone hard and broke up. I was able to replace them without pulling the heads with a valve spring compressor and an adaptor on the end of my air hose that screwed into the spark plug hole. The new seals worked great, solving the blue smoke issue. The broken seals allow oil to run down the valve stems and into the cylinders. While the engine is running, there is usually not enough oil in the fuel mixture to show up as exhaust smoke. But, after the engine is shut down and allowed to sit overnight or so, the oil that does not drain down from the heads is allowed to run down the stems for hours. At start up, it shows up as blue smoke. Over time, it will soot up the spark plugs, as yours look.
 
Jenn, how much oil does it use? My '70 Barracuda 383 2bbl started using a fair amount of oil by 40K miles, 1-1 1/2 qts in less than 1500 miles. Took it to the dealer under the 50K warranty, I saw the broken valve seals. Your plugs look a lot like valve seals. I did beat my car pretty hard.
