1969-70 B-body 4 speed top plate. It is in Nice used condition with only a few pits/flaws in the chrome. Someone has repainted the black over the original black paint and did not do a nice job as you can see the original paint under the repaint/dirt in paint too. Has some bubbles in the woodgrain. No broken studs or mounting tabs. Stored indoors for decades. Hard to find and Unlike the aftermarket ones this one fits.
