I have a 74 Charger that has no brake lights. The running lights work(headlights on) but nothing when I brake. I have replaced the brake switch under the pedal. Could it be anything else, before I start to chase the wires?

Yes. It could be your turn signal switch. More than likely MOPAR was still routing the brake lights through the turn signal switch. They did in 69, and that was the reason I lost the brake lights on my 69 Super Bee.

Yup, turn signal switch but also check the ground. Trunks can get damp and I've seen lots of corroded light sockets and wires.
