Opening weekend so of coarse it had to be rainy,windy and cold. I just looked at the tracks live update on their wedsite. Saturday is cancelled. Sunday looks better but of coarse I have Saturday off and have to work on Sunday.

Yup, same crap down here. We were scheduled for the all Mopar event at the Rockingham Dragway today but the weather is really messing things up. I took a ride out there earlier to see what they were doing because the website was still showing it as being on. Sure enough the track was still open (and charging admission). There were no show cars on the field at all. Only a few swap meet vendors that I could see. There were some race cars, mostly still on trailers - and no racing going on......
I just wish they would go ahead and call it for the day and reschedule for tomorrow.

Rear Low Reverse servo: I also make an improved rear servo assembly. My rear servo piston is a 1-piece design that replaces the stock piston, inner spring, piston plug, snap ring, and the after market shim used in performance rebuilds. The piston is CNC machined out of solid billet aluminum so it will not crack like the stock cast aluminum pistons are known for doing. It comes in a kit with a heavy duty stainless steel return spring that will eliminate 1-2 shift overlap, a new seal, and a .075 extra thick retainer made from stainless steel that will not bend around the retaining ring and pop out of the case like the factory steel retainers do. This kit fits 67 and newer 727, 518, 618, 46RH, and 46RE transmissions. I also have a kit that fits the early 62-66 727’s. The price for either rear kit is $75.00.

Well i scrambled all day yesterday and early this morning to get my new transbrake tranny in the 65 blue dodge only to see both island our opening NENDRA race and Lebanon Valley were both rained out. Well i guess there's always next weekend.
