If it's gotta be NOS, try contacting the usual guys: Mike Mancini, Tony D'Agostino, Ted Stephens, etc.
If not:
ECS has mufflers and I think glass that can be date-coded.
Plug wires, belts & some stuff is dead-on nowadays from the aftermarket, with dates.
I've had a mint woodgrain 68-69 wheel for decades now - too nice to actually use - but I'm very reluctant to cut it loose.
