I'm not looking for another project, but I've emailed and called also with no luck. It was listed previously with paperwork from the NY DMV as a storage unit lien.

I was able to talk to the guy. This car and several other cars went up for a sealed bid auction today. They were in a storage facility and must of gotten behind on the storage payments. I did submit a bid through the mail and hopefully will find out Monday if I get the car.
