Interesting when I checked earlier there was no link in the first post, and none of the links in later posts lol. It all looked empty.

He'll sit on that for a while at that price.Wood= woodgrain dash,Enamel= like they were painted with when new.

Thats my point. If you cheaped out on two of the most important asthetics of the car then what else was el cheapo.

I know single stage was OEM but its also the cheapest paint on the market when repainting a car and a wooden dash goes without saying. I'd closely inspect it before buying it. 31k with a wooden dash isnt happening in my book. You could get sway with the paint if it was done nice and the body work is actually metal and straight.

Enamel paint is not cheaping out. It's goin the other way. Base coat clear coat was invented 2 fold. For environmental reasons and so a chimp could paint a car and get reasonable results. Having sprayed with both types, I would much rather have acrylic enamel any day. You actually have to know how to paint to use it.

The woodgrain came stock on a LOT of Mopars. Most every 70s A and B body I've ever seen, for example.

Here is an example. Same kinda car being discussed here, a 1970 Super Bee dash. I would say if it's NOT woodgrain you need to be worried.

I took it to mean wood as in wood dash as in OEM was effed up... LMAO! Not wood grain

I disagree about the single stage.. Its cheap and easier to use than a multi stage as far as I have ever seen or seen used. Lay it down and either cut and buff or not depending on how it came out. Its not laquer. I could be wrong but thats what I have read and seen and used
