Had to get a tire for Wife's Journey. Not trusting folks with impact guns, just pulled the tire and had it replaced at the store. Bolted it back up and no signal/value from Tire Pressure Sensor on that wheel. Long story short had to have 'puter "relearn" to restore signal from TPS. Is this because the tire/wheel got too far away from the vehicle and it lost a signal? "Inquiring minds want to know."

Yes, should pick it back once it's in the proximity of the vehicle again. May take a minute or so.

Yup, that was my thought when "Wife 2.0." (her term not mine  ) came back saying no pressure display. "relearning" the 'puter and a 2 minute drive fixed it, but was wondering if having the tire/sensor away from the proximity of the vehicle had anything to do with it. Just trying to avoid a "nest time."
Thanks all
