ok heres what happened so far, i rescued a 63 ply sport fury from getting crushed it needs alot of work but i feel it has a huge amount of potential in it. i looked at the numbers on it and its saying that it is a factory big block car 4-speed bucket seats. i have some extra parts still up in the rafters in my barn from the last 63 that i could use on this one. but it still needs drivers side fender, hood, front lower valance. it had all the glass in it but when i went back to get and bring it home most of it got busted out. the 8&3/4 is gone i have one from a 67 belvedere but not sure if it will work? some may say its only good for parts for awhile there i thought maybe there right but i keep looking at this car and see that thin thread of hope of maybe it can come together. :3gears:

I say get going on the resurection. These cars are getting fewer by the minute, so help her out! Post some pics, that way we get a better idea of what you got to work with.

I am rescueing a 63 Fury vert from the brink. I have been at this for 5 years so I know a bit about who makes what and good sources for a 63 Plymouth. Lucky for you most of the metal parts you mentioned can be had from a 4 door donor. I'm still looking for a solid driver door for mine. Be glad to help if you want.

ok iam still trying to figure this photo downloading thing i found the pics of the 63 that iam trying to save

If you don't save the car I could use the stainless on the quarters that runs from the door opening to the rear of the car.

I say definetly build it. You can get the parts and you wont regret it ! Ron

made a few phone calls located a d-side fender and a hood still need a front lower valance front and rear bumpers head lamp bezels not sure if i can get this part or not but its the radiator cor support looks like when ever they dragged this car out back they tried wrapping a chain or strap to this part of the car now its all twisted up

Your '67 rear will bolt right in. Nice to see another one saved.

Beautiful car, 383man!

so the 67 rear will work cool now i heard that the 67 rear end is a few inches shorter so with that plus a spring relocate kit and a mini tub job what would be the rim and tire size that i could run iam thinkin steal rims out back and tourqe thrust wheels up front? i like the pics of the red 63 thats what iam looking for in this car.

You can save anything,if you do that one "right",you will be buried in it.

Thanks for the kind words 64Bel. Ron

Rad support from any 62-65 b body will work.I don't think you will have to use a spring relocation kit or mini tub kit to get the rear to work.Measure your pads and just move them if you have to or sell the 67 rear and find one out of a 65 b body.Double check the pad spacing to make sure on the 67.

Both spring pads should be 44 inch on center. It's the overall width that you'll need to be concerned with.

69 motor,66 Dana.Everything a bolt in.

I can help you out with the radiator support. I will have one in mint condition from my Coronet soon when the chassis work gets going. I can tell my chassis guy to be careful when removing it, just let me know.
