Had a great weekend at the NSS Bash this weekend. The Mopar Nats was cancelled and Ryan Goodin stepped up and put on a double race in place of it. Friday night I runner-up'd to Mike Sheaffer -.001 red damn. Not many cars entered but still 4rds of racing. Saturday we had 33 cars qualify and I again made it to the final, this time winning over Bob Shrader. Sunday I was 1st rd runner-up, but my buddy Rick Newmeyer took the win over Dirk Hale. The new shortblock performed great! Again a big thanks to Ryan Goodin for putting on this race on short notice.

My Saturday ended with me pushing the tree and going red against this Guy. Did I mention that he was 10.501 on the 10.50 index. Jim, next time its my turn, lol

Congratulations Jim!

Do you think this is going to become an annual race? 33 cars isn't bad for the first year.

We had a great time. Ryan is working hard to promote it.

Congrats Jim
This was my first time racing NSS and I would like to thank Ryan Goodin for putting the race on and thank all the NSS racers for being a great group to race with.

I sure wish there was something like the NSS on the west coast. Judging by what I see you guys run, I wouldn't be competitive, but it would sure be fun to try!

Ryan was talking about doing a series next year.
if ryan has a series i would support it. even though i drove like crap all weekend. i still had a great time hanging with my bud's i really think the right lane is tighter than the left lane. i red lighted every run i made in it. i should also be more social and introduce myself to other racers i have not met yet. steve (aka the red light king)
