Odd 69 Charger R/T question

What where the wheels called that were used on the Dukes of Hazard 1969 Charger R/T ? And are very similiar wheels reproduced today ?

They're called Vectors and were reintroduced by American Racing.

There are a few differences between the new wheels and those used on the show, but the look is the same

Anybody but me remember that when those wheels originally came out, they were promoted for the custom van craze primarily?

Those were hot damn wheels. Made General Lee what it was and the A - Team van too. I want them for my 69 Coronet.

I believe the ATeam van used hurricanes. Which have the ribs closer togerher hell you can even see the difference in their advert posted above.

Yeah, you’re right. I was just making the point that those wheels are largely responsible for the popularity of those 2 vehicles. In my opinion. I think they would look fantastic on a 69 R/T or Super Bee.
