The mounting hole and locator tab should be 3/4" apart. I bought some aftermarket ones the the hole and tab are to close together. Thanks Mark

Found this under the base of my hood ornament. Look like left is missing part of plastic, it's .035 thick and rounded. Its rounded to get over crease in hood.

Black plastic isn't factory, no hole for locating pin.
