not really sure exactly what the differences are between them, but they are listed as a completely different part #... Mancini Racing has the A-Body offsets for #MOPP4120075 for $91.95 then a generic for #MRE-20075 $84.95... the B & E-Body's are #MOPP4120076 then a generic #MRE-20076 $99.95, there are complete kits, with spring seat #P4120074 for A-Body too #MRE-075077 $218.95 & for the B & E Body's with spring seat same part# as the other #P4120074 & complete kit #MRE-076078 $239.95... B-Body is more money of course... not sure that answers anything for you thou...
An A-body has a narrower axle width, maybe it changes the offset some ?? I'm not really sure... you could always call Mancini Racing & politely ask the tech guys, what's the differences are & they will probably tell you the differences or go physically measure them, for you possibly !! good luck
