I bought a progamable fuel gauge from speed hut. If my fuel sending unit is working correctly I should be able to adjust the gauge to the right ohm range on the fuel sending unit. Problem is I don't know what this range is for a 1968 Coronet. I did some research and found one site that says 10-80 and another says 10-100. My pre progammed choices from the instruction manual are:

(240-33 ohms)
(70-10 ohms)
(0-30 ohms)
(0-90 ohms)
(10-180 ohms)
(90-0 ohms)
(manual calibration)
(18-158 ohms)

The instructions are not clear on which is the empty and full ohm number. I am guessing that the 70-10 range will work, just the gauge will show empty when there is still a bit more gas than empty. Can anybody help?

Think it is 75 ohms empty and 10 ohms full. Or pretty close to that.
