Oil and water temp sensors

I'm gonna be using the Edash with my FAST XFI 2.0 and wanting to monitor oil pressure and water temp. Is there a way to use the OEM sensors I already have? How can I get this to work?

get the can bus connector, use the existing sensors. use the racepak iq3

The can bus connector will plug into factory oil pressure sensor? Not familiar with bus connectors.
