oil pan

Looking to buy a Milodon oil pan & pickup for my 383 66 Satellite. With some aftermarket oil pans I hear that I might have to cut the K member to get them to fit. I'm looking at the Milodon 31010. Just wondering if this is will work with out cutting anything.

my center sump pan looks just like that on my 67 coronet.fits fine,no clearance issues at all.
