Old 426 Hemi header identification?

I have these old Hemi headers, 2" primary, 3" collector, 749R stamped on the passenger's Right header and 749L stamped on the driver's side Left header. I can't find anything with google and old Blackjack, Cyclone etc. catalog PDFs don't seem to be out there either.

Does anyone know the application for these?
