I have for sale this 69 A12 Butterscotch Superbee. It has been well know for a few years since it was discovered and purchased by me. It does have the original paint with rust in lower 1/4's and trunk floor, rest of car is pretty solid. I did a lot of work on the car to get it back up and running and what a blast to drive. Here is what I did to the car.
First thing was a complete M&H wiring harnesses front to rear. A complete new rebuilt 70 440 engine and correct 093 tranny. Also a new Glen Ray small font 054 radiator. I did change the front to Disc brakes as I wanted the car to stop. It does have a Dana 60 with 4.10 gears. I put a new vinyl top on the car, replaced the carpet with a nice used one. recovered seats, new headliner and new windshield and both front and rear window gaskets. It does have a MSD ignition with a set of old headers. Car runs like a scolded Dog!!
Also included is the original six pack intake and carbs along with the original factory complete air cleaner.
I have never washed the car since I bought it and the car locally has become to know as the Mossy Oak Edition A12 Bee. I figured I could wash it anytime but could never replicate the as found condition. I get more attention and thee restored cars at car show. I believe it could clean up pretty nice if I did clean it. I just didn't want to do another restoration.
I have no docs of the car and it is missing the fender tag but is a really A12 Bee.
I am down sizing and offering this car up. If interested e mail me and I will discuss the car.
