this is like one of those Spot the Difference comics, only way more fun.

1. Engine color is different
2. Looks like the intake manifold is different
3. Valve cover stickers are different
4. Exhaust is shinny now!

More?

Mike

I am guessing that the answer shoud be no...:icon_thumright:

Lets see:

Same valve covers but have been repainted with Dupli-Color Hemi Orange and have new well deserved "426 SuperStock II" decals !

New 2" TTI headers vs the Hedamn 1-3/4.

New Indy dual plane Max Wedge port intake vs old standard port Holley Street Dominator intake.

New cust grind flat tappet cam with 264 and 270 @ .050 with .630 and .634 lift using Hughes 1.6 roller rockers vs old .557 MP cam.

Internally it has 10.6 comp vs 10.0 in old eng and now is 493 cubes vs 446 and I hope it is at least 10 more hp.

Thanks for all the replies ! Ron

Heads are different too aren't they?

Opps forgot about the biggest power gain. Indy EZ heads vs the old 906.

As for the crossram I do plan to try it one day but I want to see how good it runs like this first as I figure the crossram will slow me down a tad. Ron
