Carter 4968s carb for a 440 with automatic.
Comes complete with working solenoid!
Tag reads '4968S 2740 33'

3438694 Distributor has the timing retard solenoid.
Solenoid is missing a wire.
Date code reads - '28 0'

Also included is the thermostatic choke and well
