hi guys,

what do the painted numbers on a 833 4-speed mean?
I would like to put them on my transmission.

thanks,
Marcel

Never seen anything like that 605. Looks done by some one not sure factory did that. Maybe some else knows more. Sorry.

This is a factory marking and represents the order code. If you have the build sheet you will have a number under where it says trans, and this is that number.

Thanks; unfortunately i don't have the buildsheet;
i have got a 1963 Savoy, with a 4-speed manual, so it is never gonna be original.
