What's the purpose of the paper wrap, on seat listing wire? Or, is it needed?
Other question would be, where (locally) to find it? Going to check with a few upholstery shops tomorrow...so, just asking.

Listing wire is the only thing I need, to rebuild my bucket seats...now that I'm finished climbing under the dash!

Thanks!

Protection till installation....You just remove it...If not it would probably make noise when you shift position in your seat....

Legendary has a great installation video on their website...

Ahh...thanks, moparnation74.

Yeah, I've seen Legendary's video. Kinda got screwed by the person, who first put the seats together. I had provided a new set of Legendary's covers, had only pulled one out of the box, to look. And my old seats, that were still together.
Guess they tossed my listing wires, cut off the new seat slips, and a lousy job putting them together. That was several years ago.

So, game plan...do it myself.

I called a shop for my temp repair on my seat and he said to go the home depot sure enough he was correct go to the metal section they have thin rods that is what I used perfect

Appreciate that! I'll check it out.

Have a roll of 3/16" monel wire, rust proof, but not enough.
