I'd like to hear too.
I did the 4-wheel drum to disc with Right Stuff on my 1969 Coronet, and bought the parking brake kit from them, and it does look and fit like the original drum cables, but are about 2" too short for the rear disk conversion. I have done lines from Inline tube, but not cables, so I can't compare the two?

I have a really nice OEM complete e brake set for 1971-74 B Body. From a desert car. Ratchet mechanism, main cable, RH & LH rear cables, frame rail clips, "J" bolt, corner sleeve, cable suspended "S" hook and cable connectors. LMK if you're interested.
