Pass side vent foam ID and other models/years?

A customer asked me to do this for the pass side heater box to cowl seal and vent door foams.

What other years models would this be found on?

Was it also used on the drivers side?

If not what was used on the drivers side? any pics?

I know when I took the heater out of my car (65 satellite) that is only on the pass. side of the car and there was nothing on the drivers side

A 64 Polara is also passenger side only, the cowl design doesn't allow for anything on the drivers side.
