I have a question about my 69 Roadrunner.

When I lock the drivers door from the inside and pull the interior door lever the door unlocks. When I do the same on the passenger side the door it won’t unlock. It only unlocks from pulling up on the lock button. Is this normal? Can some please check on there car.
Maybe it’s normal not sure. Both doors locks work great and both have the safety key lockout from the outside. Meaning you can’t lock the door unless you use the key from the outside.
Thanks

Normal.
Believe it or not, even my 1991 lebaron convertible was the same way.

Yep.. so you can't lock your keys in the car and the gal you picked up on the street corner can't run too quick!

Lmao! Thanks guys for your help. I wonder if it was a safety thing. Since the arm rest is next to the door lever maybe when kids sat in the front and played with the handle it wouldn’t unlock.
