Hey guy's I'm looking to upgrade my pc,here's what I have now:

x-blade atx case
550 watt power supply
intell 2.8 dual core
320 sata drive
2gb ram
512mb Geforce 9800 gtx oc video card

I don't do alot of gaming but when I do I don't want any lag or poor video, my budget will be $500-$700max and I'll build it.

Here is what I'm looking at getting:

AMD Phenom II X4 3.20ghz 955 Black Edition AM3 $187.99
500gig sata-300 7200rpm 16mb western digital $49.00
4 gig DDR3 @ 1333mhz patriot p33-2005 $59.97
ultra lsp750 750 watt power supply $69.97
It's all from here: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/

What mother board should I use?
What video card should I use?
Any thing I should change?

My suggestion, well I just bought a great NEW computer on ebay. Decide on processor and search. Stick with a name brand (for reliability, compatability, and warranty) and upgrade anything that's not good enough for you.

Thank's but I've always built my own, I just wasn't sure what way to go with the mother board for optimum performance this time around...I want a board with out integrated video (I'm running a pci-e card) I'd like to run DDR3 ram (min of 8gig),runs a x6 core processor and sata drives usb 3.0
