Penstar Placement

Hoping someone can help me. When I acquired my 1967 Coronet, the penstar from the lower passenger front fender had been removed and the holes filled in. I would like to replace it but am not sure about the location. Can someone with a 66/67 B-Body take some measurements for me. From the bottom of the fender to the center of your penstar and from the fender/door gap to the center of your penstar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they just mudded in the holes, perhaps you can locate them when the door is open. Even better, you could take off the inner fender splash shield to give you better acce4ss to the holes.
