I know of a number of people that have tried to contact them to purchase stuff and they never get a phone call or e-mail back.

I personally tried to get an AAR style stripe kit for a pickup we were working on a few years back and never could get ahold of anyone!

WHAT KIND OF PARTS ARE YOU LOOKING AT ? There online website & catalog is at www.penstar.net, I personally never used them myself, but over at E-Body site & at Cuda/Challenger site there are a few guys who used them...

Well, I have had two try's with them so far nothing bad to say, first one she(the one on the voice mail I guess wife) actually told me that the shipping for the parts I wanted were more than the the parts combined and maybe I should try Classic in L.A. since they are closer. And I appreciated that, but they never have it in stock I and I am tired of waiting. So Friday I called and left a message because now I need even more stuff. Got voice mail and figured ok maybe they are down for the winter whatever no big deal just have to scour ebay and herbs etc..Today I got a call from I guess the guy(husband)? I dunno and he was ready to take my order but I was out in the RR for a cruise and having some fun so I pulled over kinda gave him a brief run down of what I wanted but could not remember the rest of it and asked him If I could call him back in 30-40 min? he said sure. So less than 30 later I try calling back and just voice mail..hope he or she call me on Monday got a nice list of stuff to get.

Looking at their site they are a few $$ less than most don't care why and yes I know I am getting reproduction stuff but a washer bottle and squirt-ers is fine with me lol

Trunk divider good price, etc.... Just wanted to know mainly to make sure this wasn't some sort of rip off site or something. Like you guys say they do not call back. Anyone actually got stuff from them ok?

Update, They put together what I wanted and called me back with prices a few days later only one item is shipping form another place and may take longer and shipping was as much as the part but they were overall cheaper and I want it this winter so booyah See what happens They seem busy and go to shows all over apparently, He said he would be in Vegas in April...

Another update,

Got everything I order except the speedo cable was wrong. Called them back they apologized and agreed to ship the correct one out asap and credit me back the shipping costs. great I said the wrong one is on it's way.

Well 2 weeks have gone by, no new speedo cable, finally got a hold of them and they are at least working on it. yeah! Sounds like they are just playing the middle man role, that's ok they are nice and the prices are better than anyone else's.

I ordered one thing from them. It was those rear window reveal clips 68-70 b-body and they would not even work ( dont know if there china made cheap crap ). Thats all I can really say about them but you asked.

I just used a extra set of clips I had laying around. The reason I knew they were from them because they said penstar right on them. I bought them such a long time ago. They might of made it right. That was my only brush with them.
