Saw this on Marketplace. If someone here owns this car I'm sure they'd want to have it.

Original 1970 Plymouth Superbird Broadcast Sheet

Original Build Sheet of approximately 50 Petty Blue Superbirds. VIN# RM23U0A176682. Sold the car in the mid 80’s. Price is firm. The car is still out there. Lost track of it in 2014.

Fortunately I have my build sheet, but I don't believe that I would pay 10K for it if it were my car. I do believe it belongs with the car, but my feelings are that the guy sold the car and is just trying to extort another 10K. Refer to my lost and found post for a 67 Coronet R/T build sheet.

Quite some time after we bought our Satellite, the seller contacted me and told me he had found the original window sticker and owner's manual. He sent them to me and didn't even ask for postage. I always felt like that was a stand up thing to do (and what I would do, too, by the way). But I do still feel like I owe him at least a nice dinner. @erickson

If he sold the car, the sheet really isn't his property any longer. Find the owner and do the right thing.
