I have to thank you as well, I was there and didn't even make it to the show field! Too busy buying and selling parts and staying in out of the rain most of the day on friday. Must have rained over 2" in about 3 hours in the afternoon! Made it to the survivor tent, car coral and the finished barn finds from last year. Great time though!

We got there Thursday about 30 min. before the first thunderstorm. I had just parked the Satellite in the car corral and was moving the Belv. to the showfield when it started. The wiper linkage retainer popped off the shaft in route to my spot. We left the fairgrounds to go to the motel, Country Inn Mechanicsburg $90/nt Hotels.com, cleaned up and came back to get the Belv to go to the cruise in at CVM. If any of you guys were there you may have seen me fixing the wiper motor. Of all the people there I only had 1 guy offer to help or lend me tools, this was after he saw me wrapping it up.I probably would have had better luck on the side of the road. Anyway took some pics of nice cars at a nice gathering. Friday started out well with clean up of the cars at the fairground and checking out some of the swap meet and babysitting my car in the corral. Then the clouds opened up again with heavy rain. We called it a day around 2pm and headed back to the room. Sat. was a great day that started early with empting out the trunk and drying everything out. I didn't feel bad as all the 66-67 Sattys, Belv and GTX were doing the same. Cleaned up all 3 cars again and took in the show field.Stayed for the burnout comp and saw a couple nice cars get in there and punish the drivetrains. A guy with a pretty clean Challenger won it after popping both tires, all for a nice piece of plastic! Sun. it was back to the car corral early for a couple more hours of babysitting and BS'ing with others about what sold and what didn't. The guys next to me sold the 64 altered wheelbase Max Wedge powered "Hulk" car for under 27K but couldn't move the 69 Hemi RR for 79K. I didn't have any offers on the 68 Sport Satellite Conv. priced 16K. we took 3rd place w/ the Magnum R/T and won a Judges Choice from the AllPar group with the 67 Belv. Loaded up around 1 and eased our way 150 trouble free miles home. Can't wait for next year!

Great pics thanks, some real nice cars.

Thanks from another soul who didn't make it. Love the white Super Bee,the silver RR and the dark blue '65 sedan. Hell,I love them all. Keep 'em coming, please!

I saw that one Sunday. Then again I got there around 1:30 so I know i missed A LOT.

Don't care though - I got my better rear bumper for $40:headbang:

_

Used to be all the deals were had on Sunday afternoon, the guys would rather cut it loose cheap then take it home and hual it up the road to the next meet. Friday morning first thing I saw a guy setting up and pricing his stuff, found a switch panel for the Satellite with all the switches on it for $10. The ink was still wet on the masking tape! Couldn't resist even though the car was for sale in the corral. Ended up buying a couple hundred bucks worth of stuff for the car. Knew if it didn't sell I would be kicking myself for not pulling the trigger.

Nice pics but you missed the best car.........mine ! LoL ! Just kidding but I did get to meet Chris (Superstock Racer) and I had a great time. Very nice to meet you chris. Ron
