Here are some old pictures of my funny car.
The one picture shows the Hilborn Fuel Injection Unit that replaced the cross ram carburetor setup.
The one picture shows the original 1963 Liteweight Aluminum Nose Max Wedge car that I cut up and made the funny car out of. (like a moron, I cut it up, but who knew...I was 24 years old when I decided to cut up a perfectly good aluminum nose max wedge.

I loved the cars from back then. Paul Rossi had a 65 comet named goldfender back in 65 I had the pleasure of taking to a new car show for him in Kentucky for the Mercury dealers. Hilborn injection SOHC 427.

Cool pics. My regret : i sold my 1970 Plymouth GTX 440 six barrel carb, pistol grip 4 speed, vitamin c orange black vinyl top car for $1800.00 bucks after i lunched the motor.......i'm still in counseling
