QUESTION FOR THE EXPERTS: are 66 polara wagon part/cars compatible with my 66 belvedere wagon? I really need the tailgate glass and some interior pieces

According to my Hollander interchange manual, the tailgate glass from the Polara will not work.

the B and C bodies are two different animals. there are a few mechanical parts that interchange but body wise they are a bigger platform.
