plymouth b body 68-70 vinyl trim are they the same as dodge b body?

are the vinyl top trim the same on 68-70 b body dodge and plymouth the same.i need to know for sure also if the 2dr post chrome post covers are the same

Dodge and Plymouth vinyl top trim are different. I think the Dodge trim will be longer than the Plymouth.
