We all know about Mr. Norm and the Grand Spaulding Dodge story but were there any notable Plymouth dealers doing similar things to Norm Kraus back in the day? I have never heard of any but it would be cool to know that there were some (or at least one)!

Sure can't think of that were on a national level. I'd bet there were quite a few "local" dealers that did some of the same things. We had a Dodge dealer locally that put a pretty high emphasis on the performance cars.

Also can't think of any on a national level. In So. Cal there were 2 that come to mind
that were performance oriented and those were Yeakel Plymouth in Downey and
Milne Bros. in Pasadena. Yeakel sponsored Top Fuel as well as ran S/S. In the north there was Melrose Motors. But none to the level of Mr. Norm's.
