I think I may have run across a complete less motor 1969 1/2 Super Bee A12 car. If the car is complete less motor what kind of money is a good price? I am supposed to meet with the man next week so I want an idea. Thanks ahead of time for your posts. The car is in descent shape with some rust but deffinately restorable.

Do you have any pictures? Whats the vin? auto or manual? These will help to give you a price range on it.

I am going to lay eyes on the vehiclle Wednesday. Hopefully I will have answers for your questions. I do know it is an automatic. The original glass hood is intact. If the car is complete less motor and needs a ground up restoration what would be top dollar? I will post other information as it comes available, thanks.

Hard to say for sure but I've seen nice ones for sale recently for less than $50k. I would say project car, $12-$15k if it's not rusted to death and the VIN, fender tag etc are there.

There was an A12 car for sale at MMW but it wasn't "correct" either, and was a rough driver I think. Can't remember what the asking price was though.

I would say this is a fair assessment of value. The more A12 specific parts that are accounted for, the higher the value. The air breather assembly is worth $1,800-2200 alone! Is the 4.10 Dana present?

From what I understand the dana, original trans, and complete interior. the guy cancelled our meeting last week but we are supposed to again tomorrow. Going to recon the find and take pictures.

What numbers should you look for to know if you've spotted an actual A12 car?

A12 on the fender tag and M in the VIN, then verify the engine and body #'s to be sure they match up.

But it needs to be the 5th digit because there can also be an M in the 2nd digit depending on the model.
