Possible fraud?

I posted for a chrome moulding for '67 charger.
Response was $40 for moulding and shipping from Ken Trevor.
Anyone know him or any thoughts?

i recieved email from person saying they had bought from this person last year and he said he had good stuff.
chrome trim was for sail panel area with a '67 charger vinyl top.
