I know you have, which is why I had a look (thinking something in your profile might have gotten changed some how). But I think your question can only be answered by someone familiar with setting these forums up.

It's either your pic's are to large or they time out.

Try exporting them to your desk top a smaller size then upload them from there. same thing happened to me and this cured it.

Yes, if your pics have too much resolution, they won't post.
