Power Antenna Help

Hey guys! Michelle from Dales Cuda Shop here, I need some help I have a power antenna kit and can't find out what years and models it fits. I have attached a picture. The yellow tag has these numbers on it, 4048249 90099 2587 680000017 I'm lost I have checked every book we have. Sorry! and thanks a million in advance for checking

I think you could get these on any mopar in the day if you special ordered it......Artie
