power antenna

I have a 79 cordoba and the power antenna mast is broken, I know that on some you can replace just the mast. Is this one that you can do that ?

Is it a telescoping mast with a long plastic, toothed piece attached? Is the mast avaialble separate? Usually if you can get the mast separate, it is replaceable.
