Power steering hose question

I have PS brackets for a Saginaw PS pump from a '78 ish 318 going on to my '74 318 in my '65 Coronet.

I'm sure the Coronet did not have a Saginaw pump.

Do I use '78 pressure hose or '65 pressure hose. Do they interchange?

Inquiring minds NEED to know...

65 had TRW or Federal. U may have to get a hose made with each end on it. Kim
