Power Steering problems.Need HELP!!

Hello from germany!
I have got fresh problem with my Coronet.
I have no power steering assistance at low idle.
The pump (cardone,remanufactured) and the hoses are 8 weeks old,fresh and enough oil,the v-belt tension is also correct.
I think that it is the p/s valve at the steering gear!?!?

Can somone help me?

Either the pump aint pumpin, or the steering box is leaking internally. Since all else is new, I'd be suspecting the box.
