Trying to remove my power steering pump pulley. I can't wrench it off and the pulley removers have too much gurth at the end and won't fit under the puller washer. Should I grind down the pulley remover tool or what?

Need to get this done before tomarrow so fast replies would beach apreciated!

Thanks,

Jake.

Will post pictures of the pulley when I get home.

If your referring to the pressed on pulleys then either grind it or buy another puller. I just did mine, they go back on pretty tight, it helps if you have an installer as well, if not run a tap in the threads to make sure they are clean and use some sort of thrust bearing and lube.

Yeah ended up trimming down the puller had, worked like a charm after the third try. Ended up going on so easy after.
