power window motor

does anyone know how the motor for frount power window comes out on a 71 charger

You need to unbolt the regulator and adjuster bolts and let it relax into the bottom of the door. Careful, the window will also be free to move so will drop down. Prop it up with a bit of 2 x 4 then you have to slide the rollers out of the tracks. Once you have it free manouver it out of the door. The motor is bolted on to the regulator mechanism. This job is a pita but patience and persevere nice will get you there.

the key to getting the whole regulator out of the door is
to disconnect the glass from the track that is screwed across the bottom of it.
without that apart,its not going to come out,no matter how hard you try.
those screws are usually frozen solid and a pita to get loose inside of the door.

i would try either moparmark on this site or jimmy boros (recharged on ebay)
might have them.
