Why not start with a gallon and judge from there. Amounts vary from car to car and primers are readily available stocked items at some auto parts stores.
An entire car, inside and out? A base epoxy, a high-build fill and sand? How much you use will depend on how heavy you spray and how much blocking and re-spraying you do. Just guessing... but 2 quarts of epoxy and a gallon of high-build are my starting points.
