Seems like a good deal. It’s advertised as a 440 but I don’t think that’s a 440 in there. LOL.

 
Hard to tell, but it does have 426 decals on the valve covers.

I saw that. I can’t imagine that classic car dealer would not know what they have. If it was matching numbers 426 it would be worth at least $75k. Even with no title and not being street legal it’s would still be worth a lot, especially if you could tie a famous drag racer to the car. If I remember correctly they didn’t put a lot of 426 max wedges in a 63.
 
Looks like a decent car to get into NSS class action. Needs a little mod here and there, but it's not breaking the bank. Engine looks correct from the pics shown ?
