Anyone have any idea how many 1964 Dodge 440 Hemi 4spd were built?

The 4th edition (2004) of the White Book shows 1 known but doesn't list transmission.

I think they built 35 Hardtops and most were nascar cars and did not survive.

Thanks guys, but I realize now I was not specifiec. I am not referring to the race version but the 426 Street Wedge with one four barrel, rated at 365hp.
