Proportioning valve-brake line question

I think I've got it figured out except what to do with the one that has the red dot on it. Any one here have any pictures or directions. 1970 roadrunner with front disc, Thanks.

Looks like you have a proportioning valve for disc brakes and a junction block for drum brakes.

Thanks, lots of reading there. That's now the second picture I've seen that has a plug in that port.

I have a plug in that port and can not get it to seal! Tried 2 different valves and several different plugs
