Proportioning valve...source for framerail clamp?

Just ordered the "Texas shaped" prop valve for my '68 disc brake swap...and it came like this:

But from the manual, I'm supposed to have a squared-off version of a P-clamp that circles around it:

Well, I'm dealing with a drum brake car - so I'm pretty sure I don't have that stinkin' little thing. And even though there are 5,000 suppliers who'll sell me a Chinese ripoff of this metering valve, I can't find a single doofus with the clamp.

Ideas?

After seeing that piece of crap for $18, I'm going to grab the first P-clip at ACE Hardware that fits and shoot it with undercoating. Problem solved.

And I'd fabricate something nice if I wasn't already in mental overload trying to find someone to CNC mill some styrene for me (unrelated, model railroad project).

Look in electrical and/ plumbing clamps that hold pipe or conduit at Home depot you have to make it square from round.

Pretty much. Or a generic P-clip.

The only Mopars in any of the local boneyards are '90s Dakotas and Ram Vans. Once I found a trashed '65 Belvedere convertible. And that was it - and that boneyard closed since. We only have one pick-and-pull left, and they don't bother with the old stuff anymore.

Believe me, I'm going to P-clip this one. I'll do it nicely, but P-clip it just the same - and it'll probably be better steel than is used in that embarrassing Classic Industries part to start with.

P.S.: Been chasing after a second filler neck to weld on through the adverts. Haven't had much luck, though I ought to ring whitepunkonnitro. He always has everything, and 50% the price of anyone else.

I'm working on it in 3D first. I'm not that keen on sanding 3D printed parts unless where necessary, so I'm fully intending to CNC the flat parts out. Might have found a contact for it too, and also a 3D printer for some of the other bits:
