My water pump pulley is about 1/8 inch out of alignment from the crank pulley - should I worry about this? I could shim water pump pulley out, but fan to rad space is tight. Will 1/8 inch out of alignment cause issues?

If it was me, I would try to get it in proper alignment. They sell lower crank pulley shims
at I think 440 Source.com at least. They come in different thicknesses.

I would get them all lined up as well. One of my cars has a crank pulley shim from 440 Source.

This amount of misalignment may not bother operation if you are not driving aggressively. Belt drives can work with small misalignment, not ideal but, it will depend on RPM.

IMO, over time you'll likely wear the front face of one pulley V and the rear face of the other. Enhance the possibility of the belt rolling off at high RPM.
