QA1 rear suspension

Does anybody have experience with a QA1 rear suspension for a 68-70's b body?

Will 3 inch exhaust pipes fit?
 
I did an RMS rear suspension for my buddies A body, which is pretty much the same as QA1. Very simple to install, tons of room for exhaust.
 
He’s out to sea (Master Chief in the Navy) so I could get some pics whenever he gets back home.
